Hi, I am soobee who is studying in Taylors college.

Long time no see. ^^ I hope everything is fine. ^^

As you guess, it was terribly hectic in CPU, and I am

eventually in the vacation. Thatmeans the first term

was finishied, but the vacation is only for one week.

I am taking ( I am not sure whether or not you still

remember) Calculus, Chemistry, Economics and

English3U. I got 85(the highest) in Calculus, 80(not

the highest but within 3 top) in Chemistry, 93(the highe

st) in Economics. Pretty good? ^^ heeheehee

In Korea, getting over 90 is a sort of peice of cake (^_^),

but it is quite tough to get even A (over 80) here.

At first, I was overwhelmed by Chemistry and so

exauhsted to catch up with the Chemsitry class, but

as making efforts always pays off, I finally got the

picture how Chemistrys going on (even though I can

not say I am good at science still).

Anyway, I came to the library to sutdy (quite studious^^)

and I foudn out the fact that students in CPU cannot

apply for UK and Australian universities for MEDICINE

at all.As a matter of fact, I deciede to apply for medical

schools directly such as Melbourne University,

Adelaide University, New South Wales University and

IMU...etc for MEDICINE only. The reason for it is (from

university placement office) many british and Australian

Universtities dont want accept only 6-month chemistry

or even only 6month scicence courses in CPU. As you

know, A-level and SAM is full- one year course with the

same subjects, which means one has to take the

same subjects during one year not like CPU.

Therefore, I was in quite deep trouble now. I probably

have to change the program to SAM next year after this

semster. Actually, this was not that serious because

even though I can take CPU continously and get the

admission from those medcial universities that I

mentioned above, I still have to wait for another

6months since australian universities begin in March,

especially for MEDICINE. OH MY GOODNESS!!!

The ridiculous thing is nobody told me about this at all

for almost 2 and half months. Also, many students

here still dont know about this either.


SO...

What do I have to (or had better) do for this?

Just study here until this semester ends and change

the course?
